By accessing or using AmpPilot (“Service”), operated by Infinite Goose Ltd (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

AmpPilot is an AI-powered social media automation platform that allows users to create, schedule, and publish content to supported social networks including Bluesky, Mastodon, and other Fediverse platforms.

    Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

    Subscription Plans & Payments

  • Paid Plans: Subscription fees are billed as a one-time lifetime payment as selected.

  • Automatic Renewal: Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the billing cycle.

  • Refunds: Paid plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

    User Content & Conduct

You retain ownership of content you create through AmpPilot (“User Content”). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and transmit User Content to connected social platforms. You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Post unlawful, abusive, or harmful content

  • Violate third-party rights

  • Spam or engage in inauthentic behavior

  • Reverse engineer or exploit the Service

    Third-Party Platforms

AmpPilot integrates with third-party social platforms. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for actions or policies of third-party platforms.

    AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI systems is provided “as-is” for your use. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring all AI-generated content complies with these Terms and applicable laws before publishing.

    Service Modifications & Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

    Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the AmpPilot software, branding, and technology remain the exclusive property of Infinite Goose Ltd. Your use of the Service does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

    Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
